  • Senior Send-Off: Invest in Your Success Application OPENS: Ready to launch your post-grad life with confidence? Apply for the Senior Send-Off ! This exclusive dinner event will equip you with essential professional skills, from mastering your wardrobe to navigating networking conversations—topics most important and relevant to your future career!

February 27, 2025

  • Tassel/MarchingOrder portal opens to record the pronunciation of your name as a reference for professional readers and check personal information such as preferred name, major, and degree, which will be displayed on the jumbotron as you cross the stage. 
  • RSVP portal opens for your college ceremony. 

    • FIRST: Please download the MLB Ballpark App, set up your account with your ºÚÁÏÍø email address if you have one, and WATCH THE TUTORIAL () on the RSVP & Ticket Redemption process and/or read how to redeem your ticket code so you don't void your ticket code: GUEST TICKETS REDEMPTION instructions!

    • SECOND: Look at the seating map below ahead of time. Locate the stage on 2nd base then choose your seats! The Angels and ºÚÁÏÍø are NOT able to exchange your tickets for 'better' seats online nor in person. NO EXCHANGES. The tutorial () and the seating map below are posted for your reference with numerous instructions to look at them both before going through the process. Note that the seating map below is an example and may differ depending on your college and size of your ceremony.
    • THIRD: Go through the RSVP ticket process and receive Ceremony guest tickets (12) per student per ceremony, redeem them all at once whether you need them all or not; a code will appear during the RSVP process, and you will copy that ticket code (which will also be emailed if you do not want to get your tickets immediately) to redeem in the MLB Ballpark App (AFTER you RSVP to your ceremony).

  • Apply to Graduate DEADLINE. MUST Apply to Graduate BY this date to have name listed in college's Graduate Recognition program.

March 10-13, 2025

  • Senior Send-Off: Invest in Your Success Application CLOSES 

April 17, 2025 

  • Last day to log into and record the pronunciation of your name and check personal information.
  • Last day to have your name added to your college's Graduate Recognition Program (automatically included if you have completed the Apply to Graduate process)
  • RSVP and ticket portal are still OPEN until the ceremonies, and you may go in and select attendance to your ceremony, then retrieve your guest ticket code and follow THIS RSVP & TICKET REDEMPTION TUTORIAL () and read these directions CAREFULLY: GUEST TICKETS REDEMPTION instructions
    • While you can still register and grab your ticket code through the RSVP portal on your Commencement Day, our email won't be staffed, and we won't be around to answer any questions after May 15.
    • *If you missed this Tassel/MarchingOrder April deadline to record pronunciation: your name will still be recorded (if you applied to graduate and are listed in the Tassel/MarchingOrder site), your grad info will be displayed on the jumbotron, and your name will be announced when you cross the main stage. You just don't have the opportunity to check the pronunciation ahead of time.

April 17, 2025

  • Senior Gift: Last day to ensure your name is displayed as a donor at the stadium for your Senior Gift. Seniors who make a gift of any size will have their name featured on one of the large screens at the stadium during each ceremony.
    • A special myBeach graduation cord will be given to seniors who donate $49 or more.
  • After this date, you will still receive the grad cord, but your name won't be listed on the slide display at the stadium ceremonies. 

*NOTE: This is NOT related to your name listed in the college Graduate Recognition Program nor on the stage when you cross.

April 18, 2025

  • Senior Send-Off: dinner at Anna W. Ngai Alumni Center: Accepted applicants only ()

May 18-22, 2025

  • Commencement ceremonies at !
  • Just a reminder! While you can still register and grab your ticket code through the RSVP portal on your Commencement Day, our email won't be staffed, and we won't be around to answer any questions after May 15. We'll be buzzing around the stadium, getting everything ready to celebrate YOU!
  • Pick up your Tassel/MarchingOrder Grad Pass at the stadium and line up for the grad processional at GATE 4 check-in up to 90 minutes before your ceremony!
