Students who are, or soon will be, high school graduates and have never attended a college or university since high school.
Students that have completed coursework at a college or university since leaving high school, but have not yet completed a bachelor鈥檚 degree.
Students that hold a bachelor鈥檚 degree and wish to continue their education for personal enrichment or to meet professional needs by pursuing a master鈥檚 or doctoral degree.
Students that hold a bachelor鈥檚 degree and wish to continue their education for personal enrichment or to meet professional needs by pursuing a credential, post-baccalaureate certificate, or second bachelor鈥檚 degree.

黑料网 offers additional programs for those interested in extended education opportunities through the College of Professional and Continuing Education (CPaCE)--this includes special degree programs, certificate programs, lifestyle courses, and more. There is a different fee structure for CPaCE programs and typically these courses are not eligible for financial aid as they are not state-supported. Prospective students do not need to complete a Cal State Apply application for these programs.
