In lieu of ITEP/BA info sessions, students can view an informational video that walks them through how to apply for an ITEP Pathway.

If students still want more information about the differences between ITEP and BA, we encourage them to visit our ITEP vs. BA comparison guide or meet with an advisor on a one-on-one appointment.

Video: How to Apply for MSCP

Note: This video was recorded before the new guidance confirming that Basic Skills (BSR) can now be met by degree. This means that current Liberal Studies undergraduate students do NOT need to verify Basic Skills by coursework prior to applying for MSCP.

Although Liberal Studies is one program, we have Five graduation Options:

  • Bachelor's Only (BA)
  • ITEP Multiple Subjects Credential Program (ITEP MSCP)
  • ITEP Multiple Subjects + Spanish BILA (ITEP MSCP BILA)
  • ITEP Urban Dual Credential Program (ITEP UDCP)
  • ITEP Special Education (ITEP ESCP)

Unsure of which Liberal Studies Pathway to pursue? The vide below explains the differences between the programs. Students are advised to visit our advising center if they would like more in-depth information.
